Logan House

Logan House is an exciting new collection of one and two bedroom apartments located in Tennison Road, South Norwood.

Contemporary in design, each apartment boasts a smart open plan living arrangement with fully integrated high gloss kitchens complimented with contrasting wood effect work tops. The modern white bathroom suites are provided with clear glass shower screens, mirrors, polished chrome down lighters and are fully tiled with a neutral finish.

The development benefits from solar panelling which is designed to contribute up to 20% of electricity used by each apartment making this environmentally friendly as well as reducing fuel bills.

Sustainability

Making a property future proof and eco-friendly is top of our list when it comes to any project.

Consideration is given to the way that we build our new buildings and infrastructure, operate and behave within our buildings and embrace the opportunities for making our buildings more energy and water efficient and produce less waste.

Each of our properties comes with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This provides Energy Efficiency and an Environmental Impact (CO2) Rating for each property, an explanation of the results and a set of recommendations on how to improve the efficiency and reduce the environmental impact.

At TPE we strive to achieve the best possible Energy Rating for each of our properties, hence reducing environmental impact as well as lowering energy bills for the home user. Some of the ways we achieve this is by using solar panels, ground source and air source heat pumps where applicable. As well as installing only A or A+ appliances in each of our projects.

During construction we endeavour to use local materials where possible to minimise the impact of transportation.
